These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Gaming Kaiju (the “Service”) at gamingkaiju.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property rights;
• post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or deliberately false;
• attempt to disrupt, attack, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• misuse community features, impersonate others, or manipulate rankings, votes, or activity;
• use the Service to send spam or to collect other users’ data without consent.

You keep ownership of the content you submit (such as comments and community contributions). By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on and through the Service. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

The Service and its original content, features, branding, and design are owned by Tech Jacks Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without permission, except as allowed by law. Game titles, trademarks, and media referenced on the Service belong to their respective owners.

The Service displays media and links from third parties. In particular, we use YouTube API Services to surface and embed official videos through the YouTube player. By using features that display YouTube content, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Embedded content is served and controlled by the relevant third party and is governed by that party’s own terms; we are not responsible for it.

Some features may require a paid membership. Prices and what each membership includes are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; by purchasing, you also agree to that processor’s terms. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable. We may change membership pricing or features on a going-forward basis with notice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or accurate at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Jacks Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses you granted, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
