2 Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

3 Entry Period and Free Entry Method

• Opens :  Wed 9 July 2025 00:00 ET
• Closes : Sun 3 Aug 2025 17:30 ET

4 Entry Limits and Duplicate-Winner Rule

One base entry per person. Bonus actions may be completed once unless marked “Daily”.
A winner is removed from the pool for this promotion and cannot win again for the next five Sponsor contests.

6 Winner Selection

Random, point-weighted draw using SweepWidget Live Draw.
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries/points at each draw time.

7 Public Announcement

Entrants choose at registration to display either full name, first-name + initial, or username.
That entry name will be shown on-stream and in any replay.

If you do not agree to this, then do not enter the contest!

8 Winner Confirmation and Prize Delivery

• After each live drawing, Sponsor will review the selected entry to confirm that the entrant’s required actions were completed in accordance with these Rules.
• If the entry passes verification, the digital gift-card code will be e-mailed to the address provided at entry within 24 hours.
• If Sponsor finds any inconsistency or irregularity in the entry, the entrant may be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.
• Sponsor may resend the code once if the initial e-mail bounces. If delivery still fails, an alternate winner may be selected.

9 Taxes

No single prize in this promotion reaches $600; Sponsor will not request tax forms. Winners are responsible for any taxes that may apply.

10 Privacy

Data collected is used only for administering the contest, under the Sponsor Privacy Policy (https://techjacksolutions.com/privacy) and SweepWidget Privacy Policy (https://sweepwidget.com/privacy-policy)

11 General Conditions

Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the contest for reasons beyond its control (fraud, technical failure, force majeure) and may disqualify anyone believed to be tampering or violating these Rules.

12 Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or corrupted entries, technical malfunction, or damage to devices arising from participation. By entering, you release Sponsor and the listed platforms from liability related to this promotion.

13 Governing Law

All disputes are governed by Michigan law and must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lansing, Michigan.
